ABC News announced on Wednesday on Good Morning America that Alec Baldwin will give an exclusive interview with George Stephanopoulos.

This interview will be Baldwin's first televised appearance since a highly publicized incident that took place on the set of his new film, Rust. The incident involved a shooting that led to the death of Halyna Hutchins, the film's cinematographer. Hutchins died on October 21st, and since then there have been pending investigations surrounding the incident.

On Thursday December 2nd, Baldwin will sit down with Stephanopoulos to discuss what happened. Additionally, ABC will also air a two-hour episode of 20/20. The episode will follow the tragic events in more detail. It will include clips from the Baldwin interview and additional interviews.
