Ricky Whittle Looks Back On 'American Gods' After Season Three Finale

Ricky Whittle Reflects On 'American Gods' Finale & Looks Ahead To Season Four | Celebrity Page

The hit mythological show recently ended its run after three seasons.

And that's a wrap!

Ricky Whittle stars as "Shadow" in American Gods, and in the recently-concluded third season, Whittle learns more about his identity in the mysterious world.

"Shadow gets to play in this quaint little town in the middle of nowhere, where he tries to figure out himself, his evolution and what his destiny holds," Whittle said.

Before the news of American Gods' cancellation on STARZ, the star teased the cliffhangers he hoped fans would get resolution to in a future season.

"It's about everyone having a voice and shining a positive light on all of them. There's no good and bad. We're just showing you everyone. There's going to be a lot of unanswered questions at the end of this. It's really an epic finale. I'm really excited watching Shadow evolve and where's he going to grow into season four."

You can catch up on American Gods at any time on the STARZ app.
