Apple TV+ has renewed the Jason Sudeikis sports comedy series for a second season.
Just less than week after the series has been released, a second season is confirmed for Apple TV+, with 10 episodes to be released next year. The series follows Ted Lasso, a small-time college football coach from Kansas who gets hired to coach a professional soccer team in England, but has no experience coaching soccer. The character was popular appearing on NBC Sports videos back in 2013 and eventually it was developed as a television series by executive producer Sudeikis, along with Bill Lawrence, Joe Kelly, and Brendan Hunt.
Apple released the first three episodes with new episodes being released every Friday.
