After the mountains of hype surrounding the Snyder Cut, it seems the Man of Steel director isn't done with 2021 yet. Zack Snyder's Army of the Dead debuts May 21st on Netflix and in select theaters.

The Hook

Dave Bautista is approached by a mysterious, well dressed man with a simple proposition. Want to find $200 million?

It's hidden in a vault beneath the Las Vegas strip. Sounds easy enough, but it's not lasers and security thatBautista and crew are going to have to fight their way through. It's an army of zombies. Sin City has been taken over by a hoard of the undead, and if they want that cash, they're going to need to saw, shoot, and claw their way through an army of undead mutants.

More to Get Excited For

There is a lot of unknown here, which means a lot to get excited about. He's appeared in many film franchises, most notably as Drax the Destroyer in Guardians of the Galaxy, but this is his first major shot as a leading man.

On top of that, there are a lot of actors here who are extremely talented, but haven't gotten their shot for a big screen role yet. Look for Ana de la Reguera, who had a recurring role on the first season of Narcos, to make a big splash.

Another surprising inclusion is Tig Notaro, a stand up comedian who famously performed topless after having her breasts removed due to cancer. She's a brilliant comedic mind and we can't wait to see her on the big screen.

Look for drama, laughs, and cool slow motion May 21st!
