During the Great Royal Debate, the other bachelors again reiterated their dislike of Hunter and questioned his motives for coming on the show.

In light of these comments, Hunter and Katie sat down to talk about his intentions. Hunter could not ease Katie's mind or regain her complete trust, and their conversation ended with a tearful Katie retreating to the bathroom.

Katie ended the afterparty early and decided not to hand out a rose..
