Ugly Betty star Alec Mapa is also launching his own podcast, Hot Mess.

The laugh-out-loud podcast features Alec Mapa opening up about his personal struggles along with Psychotherapist Matthew Dempsey, who both explore the pursuit of health and wellness in a hilarious and compassionate way.

The show features a celebrity on every episode, and every guest opens up on real life stories, their own wellness journey including failures, frustrations, and ultimately what worked for them. At the end of the day, we're all hot messes!

"The way wellness is presented is so fraudulent. You think that if you take a lavender bath and you get a foot rub and if you have a day at the spa, then everything is going to be great. Getting to become the best version you can possibly be of yourself, you have to face all the stuff that you have to get past."

Alec Mapa's Hot Mess Podcast with Matthew Dempsey is available on all platforms.
