Beyoncé Writes An Important Letter For Breonna Taylor

Beyoncé continues to speak out about police brutality.

The music icon wrote a letter to Kentucky's attorney general demanding justice for Breonna Taylor.

Breonna was killed in March, when police used a 'no-knock' warrant and opened fire killing the unarmed woman.

In a letter on her website, Beyoncé writing:

"Three months have passed -- and zero arrests have been made, and no officers have been fired. Don't let this case fall into the pattern of no action after a terrible tragedy."

Taylor Swift Also Uses Her Voice For Change

Meanwhile, another music superstar also using her voice to demand change.

Taylor Swift is calling on officials in her home state of Tennessee to remove statues that honor slave traders and KKK leaders.

Taylor posting on social media that it "makes her sick" that those monuments still stand.

The Oscars Are Postponed!

The Oscars have announced that they will permanently expand the "Best Picture" category to ten nominees in hopes of bringing in more diversity.

Now, the Academy is deciding to delay the annual ceremony and the deadline for films to be eligible.

The Oscars will now move to April 25th, 2021 and films can still qualify, all the way through February 28th, 2021.

Also, the Emmys also announced that its "creative arts" ceremonies will go virtual rather than having people gather in person.
