One day ago, Billie Eilish released a clip of herself singing the lyrics,

"When I'm away from you, I'm happier than ever."

Since then, the clip has been trending on social media with fans conspiring a new album in the midst.

New Album Confirmed

Well, the conspiracies were correct. Eilish took to her social media accounts today to confirm the release of her newest album Happier Than Ever for July 30. In her Instagram caption, Eilish exclaims,

"this is my favorite thing i've ever created and i am so excited and nervous and EAGER for you to hear it."

Hinted at in 'The World's a Little Blurry'

Apple TV's documentary Billie Eilish: The World's a Little Blurry (2021) followed the pop star on the road while navigating stardom and creating her chart-topping debut album When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? (2019).

The song "Happier Than Ever" was teased in the documentary with Eilish stating,

"the whole song is just more like nothing even specific that they did, you're just not happy being with them. Can't even explain it."

When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? and Billie Eilish: The World's a Little Blurry are available now on music streaming services and Apple TV. Happier Than Ever is out everywhere July 30.
