An Unexpected Type of Return For 'Black Ink Crew: Chicago'

Black Ink Crew: Chicago shows the ins and outs of running a successful tattoo parlor, 9 Mag Tattoo, and viewers have watch owner Ryan Henry build his empire. Season six, however, will be a liitte different from the rest. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, many businesses in Chicago had to close down temporarily, this including 9 Mag. In an interview with CPTV, former employee of 9 Mag, Charmaine Walker, talks about the tattoo parlor that she opened, 2nd City Ink. She talks about having to shut down during the pandemic and says:

"I was really getting 2nd City Ink together in order for me to take a step back and go on maternity leave. But then, out of nowhere, Coronavirus hit."

Catch season six of Black Ink Crew: Chicago Monday nights on VH1!
