Better Call Saul star Bob Odenkirk was rushed to the hospital on Tuesday after collapsing on the show's New Mexico set.

Bob Odenkirk was in Albuquerque, New Mexico, filming the sixth and final season of the Breaking Bad prequel series Better Call Saul when he collapsed. According to TMZ sources, "Odenkirk went down, and was immediately surrounded by crew members who called an ambulance."

The 58-year-old actor is still receiving medical care. The cause of his collapse is unknown.

Odenkirk recently starred in the action film Nobody, which received many favorable reviews from critics and debuted at the top of the box office charts.

Better Call Saul is currently in production of its sixth season. It is a prequel to the AMC crime series Breaking Bad, which introduced Odenkirk as Saul Goodman, the criminal defense attorney for the show's protagonist, Walter White, played by Bryan Cranston. The spinoff series chronicles Goodman's transformation from criminally-inclined slippin' Jimmy McGill to powerful and prominent lawyer, Saul, all the way up to the events of Breaking Bad.

Odenkirk has been nominated for nine Emmys for his work on Better Call Saul, as the lead actor and a producer of the television drama.

The 13-episode final season of Better Call Saul is expected to premiere in early 2022.
