Bye-Bye, Beverly Hills! Simon Cowell Sells His Home For $25 Million

Simon Cowell Controls Howie Mandel's MIND?! Ryan Tricks Shocks Us All! - America's Got Talent 2020

The America's Got Talent mastermind is leaving his life in sunny California behind.

Simon Cowell has sold his home in Beverly Hills for $25 million, according to a Variety exclusive.

Home Sweet Home

Variety revealed that the expansive property was last sold all the way back in 2004 for a whopping $8 million. The home lies in the heart of the Beverly Hills neighborhood, which includes a wellness center and a state-of-the-art security system thanks to Simon Cowell's home improvement knowledge.

Despite the property itself not being sold in a public forum, Cowell has shared many memorable moments in the exquisite home. The property is measured at approximately 10,000 square feet including more than five bedrooms and eight baths.

So, what else does the home include? Variety also shared that it included a solarium, swimming pool, movie theater, a pool cabana, a tanning salon, a gym, two kitchens, a wellness suite and a steam room.

The New Man In Town

This news comes off the heels of Cowell's recent back injury, which he sustained while testing a new electric bike in Malibu.

However, the new man on the block who is in talks of buying Cowell's former home is Alon Abady - a managing partner at Waterfall Bridge Capital. This will be Abady's third home, since he owns another house in Beverly Hills as well as a home in Laguna Beach. He also purchased a Los Angeles office building in 2018 for $15.3 million.

But Cowell isn't going anywhere - he can be seen in London, New York City and the Beverly Hills' Trousdale Estates neighborhood, where he continues to own homes.

We send a huge congratulations to Simon Cowell on the selling of his former home and Alon Abady for taking on a legacy's new habitat!
