Proceeds from Acoustic Jam benefit scholarships for students to attend Camp Broadcast, a day camp for high school and college-aged aspiring journalists & broadcasters.
Concert On June 15th
Camp Broadcast is taking place this June 13-16 near Chicago in Highland Park, IL.
Students will have the opportunity to interview these artists on the red carpet before the show, as well as other special guests throughout the week. Plus they'll learn from veteran journalists and broadcasters and go on field trips to TV/Radio studios and professional sports press rooms. Some recent Camp Broadcast alumni who are now working in the industry include Kira Smethers (WCTO/Allentown), Hannah Brummer (WXLC/Chicago), Haley Jordan (Sports Illustrated) and Tiffany Goldstein (CMT).
