Carole King Gets The COVID-19 Vaccine

The singer posted a video of her vaccination on twitter followed by a song inspired by the experience

Carole King, a Grammy winning singer-songwriter with over 75 million albums sold, received the vaccination against COVID-19 this morning, posting the video to Twitter.

King received an outpour of love and support celebrating her safety against the virus. The top reply tweet from the video was, "Thank God, the queen is safe".

Inspired by Dolly

Following in the footsteps of Dolly Parton, who received the vaccine last week, King uploaded a quick, fun song to her Twitter reflecting on her year and the relief felt from receiving the vaccine.
