Bradley Cooper's Manhattan Home

The A Star is Born director and star is celebrating the success of his latest film in a new home! Bradley Cooper has just purchased a Greenwich Village property for $13.5M.

Huge by New York standards, it features over 4,000 sq. ft. of living space and six bedrooms with reclaimed barn wood floors, French doors to the balconies, a remote controlled fireplace, and hidden wet bar in the home office. It occupies 5 floors, including a movie room.

The real star of the show is the 11,000 sq. ft. outdoor space, perfect for cozy living in the middle of the big city, or entertaining.

Rent Julia Roberts' Malibu Beach House

If you’d prefer something on the Left Coast, Julia Roberts is renting her Malibu beach house for $10,500 per month.

The A-list actress purchased the home last year for $3.9M, but, since the home is in need of a renovation, she has opted to rent it out instead of moving in.

The ranch style home has hardwood floors and beamed ceilings throughout, and a beautiful, white fireplace.

The cozy, 1,600 sq. ft. home comes unfurnished, sits on one acre of land, and comes with a coveted, deeded key to the gates of the Malibu Beach Riviera Club.

Tobey Maguire's Brentwood Parcel

Former Spider-Man, Tobey Maguire has just listed his undeveloped parcel in California for $14.25M. It sits on one of the most sought after streets in Brentwood.

Zoning permits allow for a structure up to 36 feet tall and building plans indicate it will eventually feature a home with 16,000 sq. ft. of interior living space.
