Kylie Jenner's Fourth Calabasas Home

The Jenner-Kardashian family loves Calabasas. So much so that Kylie alone has owned four homes in the posh neighborhood.

Of course, the beauty mogul has just left one of them go in an under-market, under-the-radar sale for $6.7M.

The 7,000 sq. ft. home features a formal living room, dining room, and a cozy family room with a dining place. It is complete with a refrigerated wine cellar, a movie theater, and a ton of closet space.

Outside is a solar-heated pool and spa, beautiful covered patios, and a built in outdoor kitchen and barbecue area.

Drake's Hidden Hills Land Grab

Kylie isn't the only celeb with a Calabasas real-estate habit. Drake has just purchased his third home in the same Hidden Hills, Calabasas neighborhood for $4.5M.

The 2 acre property was acquired in an off-market deal, but don’t get too excited about the house -- it's likely to be demolished.

Since Drake owns two adjoining properties, it seems likely he will tear the shabby home down and add its grounds to the others for a spacious 6.7 combined acres.

Katharine McPhee's Home for Rent

Not everyone is buying and selling. Katharine McPhee has just leased her Tallulah Lake home out for $6,900 per month.

The singer recently moved in with fiancé David Foster, so it looks like she's keeping her options open by renting vs. selling her home. 

The privately gated, 2,000 sq. ft. domicile features French doors throughout, and a sparkling pool that's perfect for entertaining.
