Chilling Adventures of Sabrina

In a time of many cancellations, it's time to say goodbye to another fan favorite. The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina has officially been canceled by Netflix with part 4 being its last season.

One Last Chilling Adventure

According to showrunner Robert Aguirre-Sacasa and executives at Netflix, the bewitching and dark series about a young teenage witch will not continue past season 4. In a statement released by Aguirre-Sacasa, he says:

"Working on Chilling Adventures of Sabrina has been an incredible honor from day one. The cast, beginning with Kiernan as everyone's favorite teen witch, has been an absolute joy. I am beyond thankful to the crew, writers, editors, assistants, and everyone for pouring so much love into this dark dream of a show. I'm also grateful to our partners at Netflix, Warner Bros., Berlanti Television and Archie Comics for letting us tell the story we wanted to tell, the way we wanted to tell it. We can't wait for everyone to see Part Four."

Originally developed at The CW, Chilling Adventures was picked up by Netflix. The news of this cancellation comes on the heels of The CW's cancellation of Riverdale spin-off, Katy Keene, after one season. Both Chilling Adventures and Katy Keene belonged to the Riverdale universe.

Even though this show is ending, you can binge-watch the first three parts on Netflix now while you wait for the fourth and final part to be released later this year!

Oscar Winner Regina King Makes Her Directorial Debut with "One Night in Miami"

February 25, 1964 is the night Muhammad Ali (at the time still known as Cassius Clay) defeated Sonny Liston to become boxing's heavyweight champion of the world. After the fight, he and three other African-American men convened in a Miami hotel room for what was to be a celebration. What actually took place isn't known, but just imagine what that evening's conversation between Muhammad Ali, Malcolm X, Sam Cooke, and Jim Brown might have been like? That's what Regina King's feature film directorial debut does in "One Night in Miami."
