Thor: Love and Thunder has wrapped filming in Sydney, Australia. After months of production, Chris Hemsworth took to Instagram to show off his biceps and God-like physique with fellow cast mate/writer/director Taika Waititi commensurates the franchise on "National No Flex Day," with a behind the scenes flick.

The buff Hollywood A-Lister credits staying in tip-top shape to the gym and a diet that includes eating every two hours, for a total of seven meals a day.

Hemsworth revealed little to nothing about the plot of the fourth film on his instagram.

The film is gonna be batshit crazy off the wall funny and might also pull a heart string or two. Lots of love, lots of thunder! Thank you to all the cast and crew who made this another incredible Marvel journey. Buckle in, get ready and see ya in cinemas!!

Waititi also shared the same picture on his Instagram, showing his gratitude and poking fun at himself.

Sometimes two people come together to inspire the world and change the cinematic landscape forever. And then there's me and @chrishemsworth who are too cool to care about anything except making movies that bring people absolute joy. Ok I don't look cool I know that.

The duo were last seen together in Thor Ragnarok in 2017 which grossed $854 million. The role of Thor has now been a part of Hemsworth for over 10 years, with the first Thor being released in 2011. Hemsworth's older brother Luke will also be seen on the big screen among Christian Bale, Natalie Portman, Russell Crowe, and Chris Pratt. The fourth phase of the MCU Chris Hemsworthfranchise is set to hit theaters in May 2022, and is said to be one of the biggest Thor movies yet.
