With three successful seasons in the can and a fourth set to premiere this winter, Cobra Kai has already been picked up for a fifth season on Netflix.

The series sequel to the hit film franchise has found its own success within the first three seasons, gaining a large fan following from both the original movies as well as newcomers to the storyline.

The Twitter account for the Netflix series took to social media last week to share the news with fans. According to Deadline, production begins this fall in Atlanta.

The fourth season will premiere later this year and will pick up immediately where season three left off. Johnny and Daniel join forces to take on John Krease at the famed All Valley Tournament.
