Billie Eilish and Justin Bieber

Any fan of Billie Eilish knows that she has had a deep obsession with Justin Bieber since she was a child.

The Bad Guy singer's dreams were realized when she met her idol at Coachella in 2019. The two had a sweet embrace that was shared everywhere and nearly broke the internet.

Eilish's brand new documentary, The World's A Little Blurry, was just released on Apple TV+, which details her life and rocketing into stardom, including the story about how she met Bieber.

The night after her set at Coachella, she got to meet Bieber, as she hid her face from him and cried into his arms.

The hug seen 'round the world

"He just stood there and looked at me," she said in her documentary, as the waterworks came again, "with his eyes!"

Then, Eilish shared the sweetest message she received from Bieber after the night was over.

"It's moments like tonight where I'm reminded what I mean to people," his message read. "Your love for me touched my heart. You are so special, not for what you can do, but for who you are. Remember that. I'm so impressed by your aura and presence. You carry a heavy calling. You are an idol to so many. I'm excited to watch you flourish. You are beyond special. Thank you for tonight. It meant just as much to me as it meant to you."

Can you imagine receiving a text like that from your idol? Billie Eilish can!

Billie's Bieber obsessed

Her mother even attested to her daughter's obsession with him, admitting "She was lovesick and desperately in love with Justin Bieber. The whole family went to see Believe or Never Say Never on Christmas day. We all thought he was amazing."

To make Eilish's dreams even more of a reality, Bieber even FaceTime called her backstage at the Grammy's in 2020 after she cleaned up with five awards, the documentary reveals. "Was it amazing? How did it feel? I'm so proud of you." We can't handle this adorable friendship.

You can stream Eilish's documentary now on Apple TV+.
