The cast of ER is back and better than ever on Stars in the House in support of the Waterkeeper Alliance, the fastest-growing global nonprofit centered around clean water.

Seth Rudetsky and James Wesley will be hosting the show.

ER's own Gloria Reuben, who played a physician's assistant named Jeanie Boulet on the TV series, is the president of the Waterkeeper Alliance.

ER on 'Stars in the House' for Waterkeeper Alliance

"I am absolutely thrilled to be reuniting with my 'ER' family for a cause that is so close to my heart, and so grateful to Seth and James for allowing us to use their incredible platform to do so," Reuben said. "I've been involved with Waterkeeper Alliance for fifteen years, representing over 350 community-based Waterkeepers around the globe, and the work that they do is beyond comparison. We must continue to fight for clean water not just on Earth Day, but all year round!"

It was Reuben who spearheaded bringing the cast back together in support of the incredible organization.

The ER cast members in attendance will include George Clooney (Doug Ross), Noah Wyle (John Carter), Laura Innes (Kerry Weaver), Anthony Edwards (Mark Greene), Alex Kingston (Elizabeth Corday), Julianna Margulies (Carol Hathaway), Goran Visnjic (Luka Kovac), Paul McCrane (Robert Romano), Ming-Na Wen (Jing-Mei Chen), Laura Cerón (Chuny Marquez), Yvette Freeman (Haleh Adams), Conni Marie Brazelton (Connie Oligario), and CCH Pounder (Angela Hicks) to rehash their fictional time together at Chicago's County General Hospital.

Stars in the House has served as a beacon of positivity throughout the pandemic, sharing music and laughter, supporting charitable causes along the way. Previous guests on the show have included stars from the following television and films: "The West Wing," "Grey's Anatomy," "Scandal," "Night at the Museum," "The Kids Are All Right," "Thirtysomething," "Little House On The Prairie," "Knots Landing," "Melrose Place," "Frasier," and "Family Ties," among others.

Watch the ER cast return next Thursday, April 22nd at 8 pm on PEOPLE and People TV social platforms including Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter.
