Falcon and the Winter Soldier

Disney Plus

The Super Bowl brought many surprises last night, both on and off the field. One of them was a brand new trailer for the Marvel series The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, streaming on March 19th on Disney+.

What we currently know about the new series is that there are going to be six episodes, starring Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson (aka The Falcon) and Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes (aka The Winter Soldier). The heroes will have to face an adventure that challenges both their skills and their relationship.

This is not the first time the two actors have worked together. In the movie Avengers: Endgame, the duo had made an appearance in the last moments of the film.

The series is directed by Kari Skogland, with Malcom Spellman as head writer. The rest of the cast has been revealed as well: Daniel Brühl as Zemo, Emily VanCamp as Sharon Carter and Wyatt Russell as John Walker.

There's only one thing to do at this point: rewatch the trailer over and over again until the series actually comes out on March 19th on Disney+.
