'Connecting...' Premieres On NBC

Need something to chase your quarantine blues away? NBC is giving a comedic spin on 2020 in their new series Connecting. This new sitcom follows a group of friends trying to stay close and sane over video chat during quarantine.

Connecting's Jill Knox says:

"The show is about a group of friends trying to stay positive, supportive, and loving when they can't be together in person."

Knox's co-star Keith Powell adds:

"I hope people take from the show frankly how connected we can be even though we are not physically allowed to be in the same room together."

The show premieres tonight! You can catch new episodes every Thursday at 8/7c on NBC.

'The Salisbury Poisonings' Comes To America

BBC's new drama is based on the 2018 Novichok poisonings in the U.K. Annabel Scholey who plays Sarah Bailey states:

"It very much is a story about the real people and the community as a whole and how they came together with resilience and bravery preventing a disaster."

You can stream The Salisbury Poisonings on the new streaming service AMC+.

'Tehran' Debuts On Apple TV+

Sticking with international intrigue, Apple TV+ recently dropped their new original series Tehran. This new hit follows an Israeli agent who goes deep undercover in a dangerous mission in Iran.

Shaun Toub describes:

"The intensity is the story, and that's why people can't wait to see the next episode."

Niv Sultan states that:

"Although we're all so different – cultures and religions and mentalities – the same we are people."
