The feel-good Netflix drama series is quickly topping the charts after being released on Wednesday.

Firefly Lane tells the story between two girls, Tully and Kate, throughout 30 years of friendship. The show stars Katherine Heigl, Sarah Chalke, and Ben Lawson, and is based off the novel of the same name by Kristin Hannah. Celebrity Page correspondent Rachel Smith connected with the stars of the show for an inside look. Ali Skovbye, who plays young Tully and younger version of Katherine Heigl, expresses her gratitude about the opportunity:
"...But I think her (Katherine Heigl) being a producer as well that she probably had a hand in picking me, which is absolutely insane to think about. I can't even wrap my head around that idea."

Ben Lawson, who portrays Ryan, talked with us about reliving the 80's:

"I loved it. I was a kid in the 80's so being able to dress up in those not-quite cool, very-cool costumes was a lot of fun."

The story is one for female empowerment and the important of female friendship. Ben also shared how grateful he is to be apart of this:

"It's a good time for female empowerment stories. I am happy to be in that orbit."

You can watch all 10 episodes of Tully and Kate's adventures streaming now on Netflix!

Well, this is it. The last one. At least for a while. Hopefully, I'm back in the fall, giving you guys all the juiciest under the radar entertainment out there. But, for now, alas, this is the end. I'm doing something special today. I'm giving the usual TV show, movie, video game, and album, but this time, it's not under the radar, or new. It's my favorite things. Things where if people I love haven't seen them, I slap them across the face and make them watch. But, enough sappy stuff, let's get into it!
