From the creators of Queer Eye, Say I Do is a brand new reality TV show focusing on the big day!

Experts plan and execute perfect weddings for one lucky couple every episode. All the aspects are covered, from food to dresses and even the proposal.

We caught up with Food Expert, Gabriele Bertaccini, on how he creates the perfect dish on a wedding day.

"The menu, for me, comes always from knowing more and more who I'm cooking for. A wedding represents the couples. It represents their struggles, their fears and really does justice to them," Bertaccini said.
