Grey's Anatomy

Grey's Anatomy's latest episode before the winter break is going to air tonight... Let's relive the best moments of the series with the Christmas episodes.

Season 11 Episode 22 - "She's Leaving Home"

Grab your tissues for this one. In this episode, Meredith returns to Grey Sloan Memorial to reveal that McDreamy, the love of her life, has passed away. After the funeral, Meredith runs away from everything she holds dear, bringing her kids with her. As time passes, we witness our doctors celebrating festivities such as Christmas... But nothing's the same without Derek Shepherd.

After delivering a baby girl named Ellis, Meredith finally decides to go back to Seattle to start over as flashbacks of the people she lost give her strength to move forward with her life.

"It's a choice I'm making. To move forward, to move past this. I can do that. All I have to do, is begin."

Season 15 Episode 12 - "Girlfriend in a Coma"

This Christmas episode has a love triangle to steam the holidays: De Luca - Meredith - Link. As we see how everyone is going to celebrate Christmas, Jo tells Meredith she invited Link to the Karev's New Year's Eve party. But Meredith also invites De Luca, creating the perfect love triangle -- although Meredith will incessantly state she's not in one.
