In Christmas at Castle Hart, Brooke Bennett goes to Ireland to search for her Irish roots... but things don't go exactly as planned. Stuart Townsend, who plays the male lead, explained the premise of the film.
"Castle Hart is a castle in Ireland. We're all in a similar space and by chance, we meet in a bar," he said.
The protagonist is played by Lacey Chabert, who starred in Christmas in Rome two years ago. Mistaken for an elite event planner, Chabert has to prepare an outstanding Christmas party.
"It's a slightly different Christmas movie than I think I've done in the past," Chabert said.
The actress had the great opportunity of going to Ireland and sleep inside Castle Hart while filming.
"I felt like I was living a piece of the movie," Chabert said.
Christmas at Castle Hart premieres Saturday, November 27th, on Hallmark Channel.
