Halsey is continuing to show her support for the Black Lives Matter movement by launching a fund to help black creators.

The Black Creators Fund

Halsey created The Black Creators Funding Initiative to provide financial support, resources, and a platform to black creators. It's an ongoing project entirely funded by Halsey's team. In an Instagram post the singer writes:

"If you're an artist, poet, graphic designer, writer, film maker, music producer, journalist, makeup artist, or creator of any kind, we want to see your work and want to help achieve your goals."

Prior to launching BCFI, Halsey has shown tremendous support for the Black Lives Matter movement by participating in protests and actively using her platform for change.

The singer and her team will announce the first recipients of the initiative on June 18th, where she will promote the recipients on her social media accounts.
