Since leaving the Royal Family earlier this year, Harry and Meghan moved to California to launch their careers as Hollywood power players. Now, the Duke and Duchess are the latest celebrities to join Spotify's star-studded podcast division.
Through the couple's production company Archwell Audio, Spotify will work with the former Royals under a multi-year deal, where content will be released exclusively with Spotify. In a statement, Harry and Meghan addressed the new deal,
"What we love about podcasting is that it reminds all of us to take a moment and to really listen, to connect to one another without distraction..."With the challenges of 2020, there has never been a more important time to do so, because when we hear each other, and hear each other's stories, we are reminded of how interconnected we all are.
The royal couple join the long list of A-Listers who have joined the audio company including Michelle Obama, Joe Rogen, and many more.
