Immunity | Simplified

In 2020, no one cares about your six pack abs or your bodacious booty. It's the IMMUNE SYSTEM's TIME! Focus on yourself. Are you getting enough sleep? Are you eating right? Are you taking enough Vitamin D & Emergen-C?

First and foremost: Get. Some. sleep. Quite frankly, right now living is just exhausting...we all need to try to get in at least 8 hours a night… or we turn into this.

AND with all of our usual distracting activities closed down…. what else are you doing? Put down the fourth bottle of sparkling rose and close your eyes. Maybe take some melatonin, some herbal tea or some CBD and hit the hay.

Are you eating as healthy as you can right now? We all need the comforting bowl… or box of mac and cheese, but try to keep it as clean as possible Now that restaurants are opened back up it can be tough to stick to eating clean but just remember… there is a pandemic going on and you only have one body, and not all of us have 9 lives.

Another suggestion is to take a look at your supplements. Lots of you may be getting lots of D but are you getting lots of VITAMIN D? Studios have shown vitamin D helps fight viruses and is important to the immune system just as vitamin c is.

For your vitamin C support, Emergen-C is a great way to get your daily dose of vitamin c quickly and easily. It tastes great, and all you need is a little water to mix it in with.

Don't forget fitness. And getting up and down off the couch is NOT considered a squat.

I know everyone and their mom- literally- are taking walks this quarantine season, but don't be afraid to step it up.

With the nicer weather, you can go for a run or incorporate some weight lifting into your routine.

It all goes back to living an active lifestyle, when you exercise you will likely eat better and sleep better
