Inside Princess Beatrice's Secret Wedding Ceremony

US Weekly's Christina Garibaldi brings us the latest celebrity news!

US Weekly's Christina Garibaldi gives us the scoop on Ellen's toxic work environment and the inside details on Princess Beatrice's wedding.

Ellen's Reportedly Toxic Work Environment

Multiple Ellen Degeneres employees have been coming out recently claiming they have faced racism, fear and intimidation while working behind the scenes on the popular talk show. This comes as a surprise to many since Ellen's mantra is 'be kind to one another'. However, employees have directed the cause of the problem to be with executive producers and not Ellen herself. But workers still feel that Degeneres has a responsibility to intervene on the matter since it is her show.

According to US Weekly, a former staff member spoke on the issue to Buzzfeed:

"If she wants to have her own show and have her name on the show title, she needs to be more involved to see what's going on. I think the executive producers surround her and tell her, 'Things are going great, everybody's happy,' and she just believes that, but it's her responsibility to go beyond that."

Although Degeneres has not publicly commented on these specific allegations, a source told US Weekly how Degeneres was hoping these comments would blow over, but there seems to be no end in sight:

"She thought this was all just sour grapes from a few haters. But it's not a passing thing, the hits just keep coming."

Princess Beatrice's Secret Wedding

Let the wedding bells ring! Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi have recently tied the knot with a secret wedding ceremony. With no public plans, the two married at Windsor Great Park in Berkshire, England last Friday with only 20 close relatives attending the ceremony due to the ongoing pandemic. Despite the small number of attendees, it was a lovely affair with Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip being in attendance.

In a statement with US Weekly back in March, Buckingham Palace commented on the royal couple's excitement but weariness to get married during this time:

"Princess Beatrice and Mr. Mapelli Mozzi are very much looking forward to getting married but are equally aware of the need to avoid undertaking any unnecessary risks in the current circumstance. They are both concerned about the well-being of older family members and large gatherings of people."

Princess Beatrice was looking beautiful than ever on her wedding day. Her gown looked a little familiar in that she happened to wear a recycled dress and tiara from when the Queen got married to Prince Philip.
