Jana Kramer Opens Up On Latest Projects & 'Save Our Kids' Campaign | Celebrity Page

Even with a packed schedule, Jana Kramer is still finding time to help those in need.

Jana Kramer is doing it all.

The star has been an open book for many years and has never been shy about showing her vulnerability in her honest music.

"I was blown away to how many people related to it on the mental health side of things. I didn't even think about that because I was so in my own world about feeling broken from my divorce. Things can get picked apart so easily, but at the same time, I do know that there are those people that I am helping and that's why I'll continue to be open and honest about things that I do," Kramer said.

The country star is also working on an upcoming Lifetime movie called The Holiday Fix Up, where an interior designer is forced to renovate the Bell Harbor Inn with an old flame that previously broke her heart.

"I think it's going to be different than what most people are used to seeing on Lifetime. It's a really beautiful story about second chances," Kramer said.

But her career's not the only thing she's focused on.

Kramer is also raising awareness on important issues such as the fatal neurodegenerative disease called Niemann-Pick Type C, which combines Alzheimer's, ALS and Parkinson's diseases together and primarily affects kids.

Specifically, the singer is doing all she can to support the Save Our Medicine campaign, which aims at keeping life-saving medicines for those who need it most.

"There's a medicine that is being threatened to be taken away. I don't understand why someone would take away something that can help children. To be able to fight for other moms... there's no greater thing that I can do."
