From her times on the TV show Good Times to her Super Bowl performance, there's a ton to unpack.

On January 28th, the highly anticipated documentary Janet will premiere on A&E and Lifetime. Fans are anxiously waiting for Jackson to identify essential subjects throughout her life.

The trailer includes Janet's childhood years to her most recent events surrounding her life. Various celebrities such as Whoopi Goldberg, Mariah Carey, and more share highlights of what made Jackson a legend. According to the trailer, this legendary documentary took approximately five years to complete.

People have questions about Jackson's life that she never made public. People are constantly asking about the 2004 Super Bowl halftime performance with pop star Justin Timberlake. Timberlake accidentally ripped an article of Jackson's clothing, leading to exposure. Timberlake apologized for his actions, but that wasn't enough to hide Jackson's endured criticism.

Another major story that will be uncovered is how she handled her brother Michael Jackson's allegations of sexual assault. Michael Jackson's criminal trial was in 2015, and it rocked the world. Janet Jackson spoke about it in the trailer. She said, "Guilty by association. Cause that's what they call it, right?"

In the trailer, she said, "This is my story told by me not through someone else's eyes." Jackson's career caused a lot of questions, and we know fans are craving answers. The two-part documentary will air on January 28th on A&E and Lifetime.
