"Beauty is as much an inside job as it is an outside job and, in this space, all are welcome!"

That's Jonathan Van Ness's philosophy when it comes to his newest endeavor. On June 24th, the Emmy-Nominated television personality launched JVN Beauty, a brand new YouTube channel where he plans on sharing content involving hair care, skin care, self care, etc.

In a press release, Van Ness said:

"I'm so excited to launch my new YouTube channel, JVN Beauty, with everyone. I've learned so much from so many people throughout my career in the beauty industry. I wanted to create a space to share and learn together about hair, skincare and beauty, both inside and out."

Van Ness continued by detailing what the new channel has in store:

"For this first season, I'm featuring a very small group of people I've been with through the last six months and as the world continues to open, I can't wait to do more hair with more people! I'm also going to be giving you a glimpse into some of the most exciting projects I've been working on, and I can't wait to share this journey with you!"

After over two and half years of starring in Queer Eyeand hosting his own podcastGetting Curious, Van Ness was eager to get back to the basics.

The launch of JVN Beauty joins the long list of things that Van Ness is celebrating this year. At the top of the list is his first wedding anniversary with his husband, Mark London, who is featured in the first official video on JVN Beauty.
