A source told US Weekly that Kacey Musgraves and Dr. Gerald Onuha's love connection is "off the charts."

About a week after Kacey posted a picture to her Instagram story with her rumored new boyfriend and made it "IG Official," a source has confirmed the relationship!

The inside source went on to tell US Weekly the two are:

"so happy [they] found each other."

They also reported that given the Grammy winner's somewhat recent divorce to singer-songwriter Ruston Kelly, Musgraves is "trying not to get too far ahead of herself."

The country singer and Nashville-based doctor first sparked relationship rumors mid-April when paparazzi photos of the two hugging in LA were released.

The doctor graduated from Dartmouth College and Meharry Medical College. A second source also said Onuha is a

"friendly, normal person who is passionate about his work and helping those around him."

The source also added that because the doctor is currently "not seeking fame or used to being in the spotlight," and is a "private person who has a professional career to uphold," that the two are keeping their blossoming relationship private and under wraps as of now.
