Hollywood's rich and famous know how to live! We're taking an inside look at the latest real estate moves and deals from Leonardo DiCaprio, Kirstie Alley, and Lana Del Ray.

Leonardo DiCaprio's Los Angeles Starter Home

You've got to start somewhere, and this is a really good place to do it!

Purchased in 1998 for just $775K, just one year after the box-office-breaking hit Titanic, Leonardo DiCaprio has sold his Spanish-style hacienda starter-home.

After reducing the price to $1.6M, the trendy Silver Lake property sold in less than 24 hours.

The home is 3,500 sq. ft. with four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms.

Built in the 1930s, it retains most of its original features, including colorful Spanish-tile throughout, terra-cotta floors, carved wood doors, and high-beamed ceilings.

It also features a gorgeous pool and an outdoor, covered pavilion with drop-down movie screen.

Kirstie Alley's Luxurious Estate

Emmy Award winning actress, Kirstie Alley has just listed her fabulous, California mansion for sale at $11.97M.

She purchased the 8,000 sq. ft. home in September of 2000 for $2.9M.

The 1932, Italian-style home sits on nearly an acre of land at the end of a long driveway where it is surrounded by well-manicured grounds.

The elegant home features original architectural details, including herringbone-patterned hardwood floors, handprinted murals, and beautiful, antique fireplaces.

The high-end kitchen features a mixture of marble and butcher-block counter tops, and plenty of light from the extra-tall French doors that lead to outdoor terraces and an in-ground pool.

Lana Del Ray's Rustic Cabin

Indie-pop queen, Lana Del Ray, has just purchased an incredibly Insta-worthy cabin for $1.2M, paying $200K over the original $1M asking price.

Built in 1911 with just two bedrooms and one bathroom, the 1,200 sq. ft. cabin creates a cozy and vintage atmosphere.

Sitting beneath many large trees on a secluded lot, the rustic-chic pad features its original hardwood floors and plenty of natural lighting with white-washed oak ceilings.

The home was recently updated and restored by a designer from HGTV.
