The annual Made in America music festival, created by rapper Jay-Z, is cancelled this year due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Roc Nation Makes A Statement

Roc Nation, Jay-Z's entertainment agency, came out with a statement on Wednesday notifying fans of the cancellation. This year's lineup had not been announced. Roc Nation advises concert-goers to "hold on to your tickets," allowing all 2020 tickets to be applicable for the 2021 festival. The concert was supposed to be held during Labor Day weekend of this year, September 5th and 6th, at Benjamin Franklin Parkway. Now, it is moved to Labor Day of next year.

While fans wait for next year, Roc Nation encourages them to make a positive change in America by saying:

"2020 is a year like no other. We are in a pivotal time in this nation's history. Collectively, we are fighting parallel pandemics, COVID-19, systematic racism and police brutality. Now is the time to protect the health of our artists, fans, partners and community as well as focus on our support for organizations and individuals fighting for social justice and equality in our country."

Made in America has rocked the city of Philadelphia since its start in 2012. Although, it was also briefly held in Los Angeles simultaneously for the 2014 festival. The festival went back to hosting only in Philadelphia in 2015 and for the years to come. Unfortunately, fans will have to wait until Labor Day 2021 to jam out at the festival.

Teddi Mellencamp will reportedly not be appearing on upcoming seasons of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Beginning with season 8, Mellencamp has been a regular member of the RHOBH cast. The finale of season 10 recently aired, leaving fans waiting for filming to begin again. According to an exclusive source with Dailymail.com, Mellencamp will not be returning.

The anonymous source, who was listed as a "production insider," told Daily Mail that the RHOBH producers found Teddi Mellencamp to be "boring and stale." They also noted that the other cast members do not particularly like her.

The insider said:

"She is boring and stale and does not offer anything to the franchise with her robotic and staged delivery when interacting with the other cast members."

Mellencamp was reportedly almost cut last season but the producers decided to give her a second chance. At this point in time, the decision seems final.

Bravo has yet to comment about the casting decision.
