Singer-songwriter Michelle Branch shared some exciting news on her Instagram this Monday.

This will be her second child with her second husband Patrick Carney, who is also the drummer for Grammy award winning blues rock band The Black Keys. The two met in 2015 at a Grammy Awards Party in Los Angeles, got engaged in 2017, and wed in April 2019 in New Orleans at the Marigny Opera House. They had their first child together, Rhys James Carney, in August of 2018. Branch also has a 16 year old daughter, Owen Isabelle Landau, with her ex-husband, bassist Teddy Landau.

The pregnancy news comes after Branch announced she suffered from a miscarriage in December 2020.

Branch rose to fame in the early 2000s with singles "Everywhere" and "Are You Happy Now?" from albums The Spirit Room and Hotel Paper. She also won a Grammy for Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals for her duet with Carlos Santana for the single "The Game of Love" in 2002. Her most recent album, Hopeless Romantic, was released in 2017.

Congratulations, Michelle and Patrick!
