While searching for his siblings we see the beginning of the Cold War unfold as Five spots a newspaper with a headline that reads: "Soviets Attack U.S., JFK Declares War on Reds."

The explosive opening also shows a high impact combat scenes between the two opposing world powers and the Hargreeves family fighting against their adversaries.
