Olivia Newton-John is back with brand new music...and her duet partner is someone close to the singer's heart: her daughter Chloe. Correspondent Rachel Smith talked with mom-daughter duo about their new song.

This is not the first time mother and daughter collaborated. Last time, they released "You Have To Believe" which a cover of John's single "Magic" in 2015. It immediately landed on the top of the charts. Now the tradition seems to keep going as their new song "The Window in the Wall" is climbing up the charts!

Rachel Smith's Conversation with Olivia Newton-John and Chloe Lattanzi

John's daughter, Chloe Lattanzi, told Smith about her feelings for duetting with her mother.

"I'm overjoyed. I get to be with my mom and create: I feel so blessed."

Smith pointed out that, as the two had previously spent quarantine together, a new layer of significance had been added to the song. John couldn't agree more:

"It really does have significance and it was probably the most time we spent together since I was pregnant with her, or at least for the first couple of years of her life. My life was on a plane, touring and traveling and she was often with me to be in one place."

John also mentioned that she actually responded to the song's calling.

"When I've found this song and then thought of Chloe, I thought that 'I need to sing this song with Chloe.' The song led me."

But it's not yet time to give up celebrating. Lattanzi is soon going to get married this year and John is going to officiate it.
