The contents of the manila envelope have been revealed after being given to Wilde during her presentation.

Olivia Wilde was given an envelope marked "personal and confidential" while speaking onstage at CinemaCon on April 26. The contents of the envelope have now been identified as custody papers from Wilde's ex-fiancé, Jason Sudeikis.

Wilde was onstage speaking about her upcoming movie "Don't Worry Darling," when an unidentified woman entered the stage to give her the envelope. Wilde asked,

"This is for me? Is this for me?"

She then reportedly opened the package, read the first page of its contents, thanked the woman and continued her presentation.

Sudeikis and Wilde have two children from their seven-year engagement. The two split in November of 2020 after nearly ten years together. According to an insider, Sudeikis had "no prior knowledge" about when or how the papers would be handed to Wilde. They added,

"He would never condone her being served in such an inappropriate manner."

Sources have previously described the pair's co-parenting as "a work in progress," adding that "they are figuring it out as they go." They stated,

"She wants to make co-parenting work and will do what it takes. She tries just keep the peace. She knows she is a great mom and will always do what's best for her kids."

Since her split with Sudeikis, Wilde has been in a relationship with singer Harry Styles, who stars in "Don't Worry Darling" alongside Florence Pugh. Still, the insider says that despite moving on, Wilde is determined to have an amicable relationship with Sudeikis for the sake of their family.

"She knows Jason will be a part of her life forever and that it's important for the kids that they have a solid relationship. She does whatever she can to make that happen."

Wilde and Sudeikis have yet to comment on the CinemaCon incident.
