One Night in Miami... | Official Trailer

It's finally here! The long-awaited film One Night In Miami has released its first trailer, bringing Regina King's directorial debut to life.

One Night in Miami follows Malcom X, Muhammad Ali, Jim Brown and Sam Cooke through their the night together in Miami on February 25th, 1964. While the film is based on a true story, it is recognized as a fictionalized account of what actually took place. It stars Kingsley Ben-Adir, Eli Goree, Aldis Hodge and Leslie Odom Jr.

With lots of Oscar buzz surrounding the film, King could make history as the first Black woman to be nominated for Best Director. While this is King's first director credit for a feature film, this is, in fact, not her first time in the director chair. The star has previously directed episodes of The Good Doctor, Being Mary Jane, Insecure and more.
