On a recent episode of “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” Patrick Schwarzenegger opened up about his upcoming Prime Video series “The Boys Presents: Varsity.”

“It's such an amazing franchise, it's great. I'm honored to be part of it,” Patrick said on the late night show.

“The Boys” focuses on superhero characters from Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson‘s comic series of the same name.

“Varsity” will be a spinoff of the hit series, following a group of students in a superhero college. Although, even the cast is not exactly sure about what will go down.

“Every episode, we get the script like they day we're about to film," Patrick said. "I don't really know what's to come. They don't even show me -- it's that secret.”

Patrick revealed on a podcast episode of “Just for Variety,” that he had shown his father, Arnold Schwarzenegger, some set photos that got a hilarious reaction.

“He looked at me, and he was like, 'What the f--k are you filming?” The actor said. “I was like, 'It’s this show called 'The Boys.' …You have to watch an episode to understand it, or else I can’t articulate what happens in it.'”

Patrick will be seen as Golden Boy, alongside Lizzie Broadway, Jaz Sinclair, Chance Perdomo and Maddie Phillips.
