Watch the Pretty Little Liars Spinoff Trailer

The murderous "A" is making a memorable comeback in a new spin-off series based off the beloved show "Pretty Little Liars."

With all new "liars" and a new masked killer out for revenge, the HBO trailer is filled with horror and gore! Although the new installment will be sticking to the general plot of the first, a few changes have been made.

Taking place 20 years after the events of Rosewood, viewers will be taken on a journey that parallels the first. Imogen (Bailee Madison), Minnie (Malia Pyles), Noa (Maia Reficco), Tabby (Chandler Kinney), Faran (Zaria) and Karen (Mallory Bechtel) will search for answers as they are subject to the latest schemes of "A." Shay Mitchell, who portrayed Emily Fields in the original, has also teased an appearance on the show

The series description from the streamer reveals,

"The group of girls find themselves tormented by an unknown Assailant and made to pay for the secret sin committed by their parents two decades ago...as well as their own."

"Original Sin" was created by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, the force behind hit shows "Chilling Adventures of Sabrina" and "Riverdale." He has confirmed that the new series will take place in the same universe as the original and that there will be plenty of references to "Pretty Little Liars" throughout.

Viewers can stream the first three episodes of the series on HBO Max starting July 28.
