Forbes recently released a list of "America’s Richest Self-Made Women," officially making Rihanna the youngest female billionaire in the country.

With a net worth of $1.4 billion, the "Fenty Beauty" founder was not only the youngest among the billionaires, but was also the only of their ranks under age forty.

The title was previously held by Kylie Jenner, who "Forbes" no longer considers a billionaire at $600 million. Jenner now ranks No. 41 on the list, with Rihanna at No. 21.

Despite her prominence in the music industry, Rihanna's fortune largely comes from her cosmetics brand, "Fenty Beauty," with lingerie and skincare lines under the same name.

But if you think this means Rihanna is retiring early, think again. In 2019, the "Umbrella" singer told the New York Times that no matter how much money she makes, she'll never stop working.

“I never thought I’d make this much money, so a number is not going to stop me from working," Rihanna shared. "The money means that I can take care of my family. It means that I can facilitate the businesses that I want to. I can create jobs for other people.

Rihanna also claimed that she believes it's most important to use her fortune for worthwhile causes, as she explained,

“My money is not for me; it’s always the thought that I can help someone else. The world can really make you believe that the wrong things are priority, and it makes you really miss the core of life, what it means to be alive."

Other celebrities who made the list include Kim Kardashian at No. 16 ($1.8 billion), Madonna at No. 47 ($575 million), Taylor Swift at No. 48 ($570 million), Beyonce at No. 61 ($450 million) and Reese Witherspoon at No. 65 ($430 million).
