The Batman is arguably the most anticipated superhero movie in recent years. Starring Robert Pattinson and Zoë Kravitz, the expectations for the film are very lofty. Now with a new trailer dropping during DC's FanDome this weekend, those expectations have been elevated even further.

Over the weekend, DC's FanDome brought together big stars and directors to discuss all things DC and the next projects to come. Robert Pattinson and director Matt Reeves joined the virtual festival for a panel and delivered BIG time by releasing a brand new trailer for Gotham's favorite hero.

After viewing the trailer, one can definitely see the darker and more mysterious take on this version of Bruce Wayne and Batman. Pattinson sports the recognizable bat-suit, with a modern and edgier take. The trailer also features Zoë Kravitz as Batwoman, Colin Ferrel as Penguin, Jeffrey Wright as Commissioner Gordon, and much more.

Expect to catch The Batman and its star-studded cast in the Fall of 2021.
