After launching a successful fitness video, Rose’s character Sheila is now dealing with personal life obstacles.

"It's an unusual show and I love it. I was so thrilled to tell the next chapters of this world. It's less about her internal battle and more about the external stuff going on around her. The first season, you're setting up a lot of stuff and this gets to take a breath and explore," Byrne said.

Physical also tackles many important topics such as confidence, love and competition, but bringing plenty of heartfelt comedy.

"You can't underestimate the power of a good laugh," Byrne said.
"It'll be cathartic, so get the demons out of the way so that you can go have a hot girl summer," Friel said.
