It's time to grab your hall pass!

The reboot of Saved by the Bell follows a new group of teens from Bayside High.

With more students from working class families now attending Bayside High, more drama is set to unfold.

Mario Lopez, who is still playing his OG character AC Slater, is excited to continue the show's plot lines.

"It's been a lot of fun revisiting it, this character and the show itself. I'm very grateful to get another season out of it. Our goal is to entertain and kind of make you laugh and maybe enlighten you a little bit," Lopez said.

Elizabeth Berkley Lauren, who also plays her OG character, Jessie Spano, opened up on the reboot's success.

"I think people are going to love it so much if they love the first season. We get to go even further with all these incredible characters," Lauren said.

The new cast is also breaking barriers with representation and on-screen topics.

Haskiri Velazquez, who plays Daisy Jiménez, opened up on the show's evolution.

"Everything that's happening at Bayside is just heightened to a whole other level so it's always like every second that you're watching this, you're like trying to get a hold or grasp on what's happening," Velazquez said.

Dexter Darden and Alycia Pascual-Peña addressed the modern topics and social issues addressed in the show.

"I think it's important that we're always pushing the envelope in a grounded way so that everybody can understand," Darden said.
"We're progressing conversations that we started in season one and expanding on topics that I think are really important... representation that's genuine," Pascual-Peña said.

The reboot's timelessness has also launched the new class into stardom.

"Any age kind of knows the show, so it's a lot of fun to have a common ground with people I usually don't talk to," Mitchell Hoog said.
"We're a high school show but we're not like a soap opera, teeny-bopper show, which are very fun shows that we love and enjoy, but like, that's just not us. We're like a high school in a '30 Rock' world," Josie Totah said.
"I'm excited for people to see season two, it was a blast to make and it's a blast to watch," Belmont Cameli said.

Saved by the Bell premieres November 24th on Peacock.
