The Motel From 'Schitt's Creek' is Now For Sale

The motel from the award show sweetheart Schitt's Creekis now for sale - minus the "Rosebud Motel" sign, for C$2 million.

The ten room motel, the actual name of which is the Hockley Motel in Mono, Ontario, about a ninety minute drive from Toronto, makes no secret of the location's fame, being listed under "Rosebud Motel from Schitt's Creek" in the listing, which can be found here.

The news of Hockley being up for sale comes just two months after the mansion that was used in the pilot episode of the show, a 16 bedroom, 12 bath mansion in Toronto, went on the market for C$19 million.

As the show continues to make the rounds of award season on its goodbye tour, and we see Dan Levy in more and more M&M commercials, it seems like everyone is trying to get in on the action.
