A brand new CBS show, Secret Celebrity Renovation, shows many big stars being vulnerable and giving back to those who made an impact on their lives.

Home improvement contractor Jason Cameron, Entertainment Tonight co-host Nischelle Turner, and HGTV's Sabrina Soto team up with various celebrities as they surprise an influential personal figure from their past to help give them their dream home.

Notable guest stars include Wayne Brady, Chris Paul, Eve, Emmitt Smith and In the Heights star Anthony Ramos.

In the July 16th episode, Ramos chooses his childhood drama teacher, Sara Steinweiss, to help on the show. He credits Steinweiss with inspiring him to pursue acting, helping him become the successful figure he is today. In the episode, he and his brother Mario collaborate in Brooklyn to help revamp the teacher's home.

"Almost none of us make it alone, you know. There's always somebody in our past that we look back on with gratitude and think about how much they helped us. So I love the fact that we get to hear it from these celebrities, their stories, on this person they're doing it for, that would otherwise not be able to do it for themselves," Cameron said.

Unsurprisingly, the show is also filled with a lot of touching emotion, so grab your tissue boxes.

When you see the relationship, this is real. I mean, this is something that that person they're doing it for means so much to them," Cameron said.
