Nancy Lee Grahn Celebrates 25 Years on 'General Hospital'

Celebrity Page TV, Soap Opera Digest

Soap fans, are you ready? Jaymes is checking in with editorial director Stephanie Sloane for the latest daytime TV news.

Nancy Lee Grahn's Major Milestone

Nancy Lee Grahn is reaching a major milestone for General Hospital. She's officially marking her 25th year playing Alexis Davis and she is sharing memories of her Port Charles experience. Sloane tells us all about her recent conversation with the star:

"She says what makes Alexis fun to play is that she's different, vibrant and unpredictable. Nancy's favorite story was the Sunny and Alexis trajectory, which she says was well done and satisfied. Her least favorite when Alexis has no purpose other than to butt into other characters' lives."

Grahn shared that there are still many stories to tell with her alter ego and looks forward to seeing what the writers have in store for her character.

'General Hospital' Fan's Dreams Come True

Felicia Tabby is a longtime fan of General Hospital and has watched the show ever since the pilot first aired in 1963. As a surprise for her 99th birthday, her daughter reached out on social media to see if her mother could have an extra role on the show. Sloane continues unveiling the delightful story:

"Executive producer Frank Valentini responded 'yes' and Felicia saw a dream come true when she got to be one of the background actors on the hospital set during an episode that will air September 27th."

Her daughter Cheryl shared that the experience was deeply heartwarming and overwhelming.
